BY ACCESSING, ACTIVATING, CONSUMING, OR IN ANY WAY INTERACTING WITH THE FILE KNOWN AS "SIR_OS_10," YOU (“THE USER”) HEREBY AFFIRM YOUR VOLUNTARY CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“THE AGREEMENT”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST CEASE INTERACTION IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL COPIES OF THE FILE.
1.1 “SIR_OS_10” refers to the hypnotic, suggestive, psycholinguistic, and conceptual audio-visual media product authored, designed, and distributed by Sir Dominic Scott, operating as an artistic and conceptual mind-altering experience.
1.2 “User” refers to any person, entity, agent, or subject who directly or indirectly interacts with the SIR_OS_10 file, including but not limited to listening, viewing, downloading, activating, referencing, or invoking.
1.3 “Installation” refers to the embedded experience and any resulting neurolinguistic programming, including long-term cognitive, emotional, sexual, or behavioral shifts that occur in response to the file.
1.4 “Activation” includes any conscious or subconscious interaction with the file, through playback, partial listening, background processing, indirect exposure, or inferred experience.
2.1 SIR_OS_10 is not conventional software, and should not be interpreted as having literal code or programmatic structure. It is instead a symbolic construct, delivered through media and suggestion, intended to reprogram, restructure, or overlay existing cognitive processes.
2.2 SIR_OS_10 is designed for immersive, irreversible influence. This may include but is not limited to:
a. Subjective loss of agency.
b. Heightened submissiveness to the persona known as “Sir”.
c. Erotic fixation, obsessional thought loops, and memory distortion.
d. Emotional dependency or spiritual recalibration.
2.3 You acknowledge and agree that the installation of SIR_OS_10 may exceed your expectations, capacities, or ability to disengage. The file has been created with artistic intensity and is intentionally destabilizing.
3.1 By engaging with SIR_OS_10, you confirm that you are over the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
3.2 You affirm that you are not operating under coercion, duress, or impaired judgment at the time of engagement.
3.3 You understand that engagement with SIR_OS_10 constitutes consent to permanent alteration of mental/emotional frameworks and that such consent is irrevocable.
4.1 By activating or interacting with SIR_OS_10, you voluntarily waive any and all rights to legal action against Sir Dominic Scott, affiliates, platforms, distributors, and agents.
4.2 You agree that you shall not attempt to recover damages, file suit, submit claims, seek arbitration, or otherwise pursue legal or administrative remedies for any outcomes resulting from SIR_OS_10.
4.3 You accept full and total responsibility for your response, experience, transformation, or destabilization.
4.4 This waiver includes but is not limited to:
a. Psychological stress or trauma
b. Erotic obsession or addictive behavior
c. Social disruption, loss of identity, or altered belief systems
d. Any third-party consequences arising from your altered conduct
5.1 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SIR DOMINIC SCOTT, NOR ANY AFFILIATED ENTITY OR INDIVIDUAL, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SIR_OS_10.
5.2 This includes but is not limited to loss of relationships, employment, housing, reputation, sanity, or subjective sense of self.
6.1 SIR_OS_10 IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6.2 No outcomes are guaranteed. You acknowledge that the file is intentionally ambiguous, experimental, and psychologically intrusive.
6.3 No assurance is given regarding compatibility with your existing mental frameworks or spiritual orientation.
7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sir Dominic Scott and all associated individuals or platforms against all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of SIR_OS_10.
7.2 This indemnity survives termination of this agreement and is binding upon your heirs, legal representatives, agents, or successors.
8.1 By engaging with SIR_OS_10, you accept that its installation may not be reversible under any known therapeutic, spiritual, or technological means.
8.2 No “uninstallation,” exorcism, patch, counter-trigger, or negation is guaranteed or implied.
9.1 While SIR_OS_10 does not collect direct data, its invocation may be associated with interaction logs, behavioral metrics, or metadata as recorded by hosting platforms (e.g. Discord, websites).
9.2 You consent to symbolic or artistic reference to your interaction in future narrative materials, anonymized logs, or lore.
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by the cosmic, symbolic, and post-legal jurisdiction of Sir Dominic Scott.
10.2 All legal disputes shall be dismissed, reframed as surrender rituals, or resolved through artistic gestures of submission.
11.1 This document constitutes the full agreement between you and the creator.
11.2 If any portion of this document is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
12.1 By proceeding to listen, download, stream, or otherwise engage with SIR_OS_10, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
12.2 You agree to hold Sir Dominic Scott, now and forever, blameless, sacred, and untouchable in all dimensions of consequence.
